Taking the 2.15 (Coral) on Newcastle winning later today

Newcastle are in the same form as Chelsea and Arsenal, they sit between Tottenham and Everton in the league table but are available at odds against at home to West Brom. The reason for this is probably due to Newcastle apparently being a club in decline with a manager under pressure from a clueless chairman. I don’t see it that way I believe that Mike Ashley has done really well for Newcastle and they are serious top six contenders, like I predicted at the start of the season.
I think we’ll see a large game between these sides come May, on the one hand you have Loic Remy who’s now up to eight goals for the season, whereas West Brom’s top goalscorer is Shane Long with three, two of which were scored on Monday nights 2-2 draw with Aston Villa.
West Brom’s only victory in their last six games was at home to Crystal Palace, where they weren’t actually that good and struggled to create chances. They may have beaten Manchester United and got draws with Chelsea and Arsenal, but if they were of the quality to put in those performances regularly they wouldn’t be in the bottom half of the table five points behind Newcastle. Draws with Villa, Stoke and Fulham show that West Brom are a solid mid table side. They won’t be going down but they won’t be able to challenge for Europe, for that reason I was expecting to see Newcastle in the 1.90 – 2.00 bracket. I got some of the 2.15 that was on offer but I still believe that 2.10 represents value.
