For me this race is between Twilight Son and MAGICAL MEMORY, with my money going onto the Dettori/Hills combination.
I actually think that Twilight Son will prove to be the better of the pair this season, as he did in the Super Sprint at Haydock in September. However due to that win he has to concede 5lbs all round today. With bigger targets surely in mind, I don’t think he’ll be seen at his best for his seasonal reappearance.
Magical Memory was a progressive three year-old and came back to win on his reappearance at Newmarket last month. Tupi and Mattmu finished 2nd and 3rd that day and I’m expecting Magical Memory to improve on that.
At the prices, weights and possible fitness edge I have to back Magical Memory today.
BACK MAGICAL MEMORY at 3.75 (General)

So Mi Dar is one of the talking horses of the week. She won The Derby Trial at Epsom, form which has been franked twice already and has an exceptional breeding page, Dubawi x Dar Ra Me.
Humphrey Bogart won the Lingfield Derby Trial on Saturday, to give So Di Mar a form boost, however I have him down as a fortunate winner as Across The Stars was checked in the run.
I think that Minding, Ballydoyle and Alice Springs would all have won the Derby trail at Epsom and potentially won it in better style. For me FIREGLOW, who finished 4th, behind the O’Brien trio in the 1000 Guineas is the bet to have here.
The step up in trip should suit and bring about improvement, I though she’d be around the 4.50 mark to back, so I’m more than happy with the 6.00 available.
BACK FIREGLOW at 6.00 (Bet365)
