Coventry are such an inconsistent side, but on their day they can beat anyone in this league easily. Bradford should once again be challenging at the top of the table with successive wins at Peterborough and MK Dons showing the pedigree that they have. Coventry have had a slow start to the season, but I expect them to also be challenging for promotion come May, which is one of the reasons I am siding with them today.
My goal expecatncies see this as Bradford 1.46 v 1.08 Coventry, so although I agree that Bradford should be favourites, I don’t believe they should be odds on. They were odds-on at home to Port Vale on the opening weekend and laboured to a 0-0 draw. Coventry are significantly better than Port Vale.
From a betting point of view this looks like an excellent opportunity to take Coventry 0 Asian Handicap/Draw No Bet, at 3.45 which is only marginally shorter than the odds I think they should be to win the match, 3.55.
